Please read these terms before purchasing or using NITRXSHOP digital products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and delivery
NITRXSHOP provides digital products and account-related resources. Each product page states its description, stock, warranty and delivery details. Delivery may be automatic or manual depending on the product.
2. Customer responsibility
Use purchased products lawfully and follow the relevant platform rules. Do not use products for fraud, spam, abuse, unauthorized access or illegal activity.
3. Warranty and replacement
Any warranty applies only to the conditions stated on the product or order page. Screenshots or videos may be requested to investigate a problem. Unless explicitly stated, warranty does not cover misuse, platform enforcement, customer changes or issues after successful first use.
4. Refunds
Digital products are delivered after payment. Refunds are available only when a product fails its stated warranty conditions and no replacement can be provided.
5. Compliance
NITRXSHOP may refuse service or suspend accounts when abuse, fraud or illegal activity is detected, and may cooperate with lawful requests.
6. Order data retention
Orders and delivered data are permanently deleted 48 hours after purchase, including order history and sales statistics. Download and save your products before the deadline.
